Hi All
I know i'm so going to get burnt for asking this question as its probably been asked and discussed a 1000 times but just wanted to get some clarity.
I dont know why i've probably been living a rock for the last year or 2 but i'm only now signing up with Vannin and Maurice class action. What i have read is that i'm able to register for both as my shares were bought within the timeframe. Am i under the correct understanding that if we lose we are not liable for any legal costs? Ie the % is paid in lawyer fees only if we win? If we lose then we just walk away and take our share losses?
Sorry again and thanks
