Agreed Al. I spoke to Maurice Blackburn during the week. Their CA has nothing to do with profit guidance announcements from late 2017, it is purely to do with franchise agreements, which is why the date range for inclusion commences at 2 June 2015.
The question of whether reiterating profit forecast for FY18, and the subsequent first half loss, was misleading etc will not come in to it.
I'm not sure what angle the Bannister Law possible CA is taking.
