    Exactly, I couldn't see anything misleading in those announcements. That's why Bannister took nearly 2 month using this angle and then "included" franchisees in their potential CA in late January.
    If SH are signing up due to these "misleading" guidance announcements, I will be very surprise if a CA goes ahead based on it.
