re: mauritania election/hdr share price they will run logs even if empty to check the sands in the area. It cost so much to put the well down there they might as well know more about the geology to help hunt for other prosects.
Interesting that many here comment that Banda is mostly gas and just write it off. Banda has estimated 100mbo of recoverable oil which may be more once appraised.

Oil = 80-90c
Just Gas = 60-65c
Oil and Gas = 70c
