Even if it all turns out to be a false alarm, it does show why Hardman is a poor relation to other similar sized oilers when looking at future prospects oil asset wise, ie, it's shares held back by the continuing uncertainty on the political front.
That is the only fly in the ointment I can see...and of course many others!
