Hi Maverick,

I was frankly a little disappointed by your post the other day. I was quite a personal attack and in reality I am simply responding to a set of questions that YOU asked me!

I have a negative slant towards AQQ, because of the managements history (you can't tell me they did a great job on EYE) and their management of the company to date (never traded above IPO price) and the complexity of the Aphrodite project. I'm not convinced that the company has explained the issues and economics of this project adequately to the market - if they have a cunning plan for short term production, lets hear it!! Apex were going to make a con and truck it to Wiluna for processing - perhaps this is still the plan??

A company is its management and its projects - they rise and fall together.

I feel you are being a little unfair in saying everything I post is negative! In my last post to you I believe I said that am encouraged with the way Leon Reisgys is driving the exploration, that the last set of results were also encouraging and that the Nova Scotia JV was a good move? How is that negative?

The purpose of this forum, and I have been around HC in various guises for a long time, is to encourage DISCUSSION - not one eyed, unbounded optimism. I have found that people who try to discourage others from posting are either:

A. An employee of the company who doesn't like what's being said and/or,

B. Knows what's being said is true, but doesn't want their investment hurt or has some sort of vested interest.

I fully understand both positions, but once again I reiterate this forum is about discussion!! I got howled down on the Apex (ASX:AXM) thread for pointing out the 'facts' when things were going gangbusters for them - look at what happened a short time later!! And AXM had a top self management and technical team!!

I answered your questions honestly and I would ask you to do the same:
- Why are you so positive about AQQ?
- What's your interest in the company?
- Instead of simply telling me how negative I am, prove me wrong? According to your profile you're an analyst? How about we get some informed discussion going?

In closing I would just say this:
- I stand by what I say and believe it to be true (I realise I could be sued for what I write on Hot Copper),

- I always tell people to DYOR (do your own research), as whatever ANYONE posts on, they have a personal bias, and

- If members don't like what I have to say they can always use the 'Ignore Member' button.
