Hi Max great you are still in the game,I think the buy back is smart business on WM/ OWs part,and I don't believe it would be operating without the ok of OW,as we all know they have other options for funding the balance of the plant,OW on a win win situation with BB as when they get their%30 for the $3 80/$4 per share they are in the box seat,with a guarantee of supply and fewer shares on issue,stay well
