the max cash option for this deal was listed as 3.63 in a recent announcement.
so 1 arq share = (0.3 x 3.63) + 0.19 + Buru = 1.28 + Buru
i understand the pricing for buru is uncertain but surely it is worth more than 0.
although i suppose the max cash alternative will be well over-subscribed on current pricing.
