    MaxCyte rises on collaboration with Imugene for cancer medicines

    ** Shares of cell engineering firm MaxCyte MXCT.O rise ~4.2% to $5.18

    ** Firm says it signed an agreement allowing Imugene IMU.AX to use MaxCyte's Flow Electroporation technology and ExPERT platform to develop its cancer medicines

    ** Says it is entitled to receive platform licensing fees and program-related revenue in return

    ** Up to last close, stock down 9.3% in the last 12 months
