My take on it is that the MaxCyte announcement was more about Azer-cel almost certainly going into a registrational trial soon; rather than announcing the transfer of the agreement to IMU; and since IMU have already announced the progression towards the registrational there is no need to announce that again.
The changeover of the agreement from Precision Biosciences to IMU was an appropriate time for MaxCyte to update the market on what’s going on for their product given IMU would have provided them an update on the plans for Azer-cel.
For me, the change over of the agreement is one of those ‘as IMU gets bigger things that might have seemed material in the past now become business as usual and not worthy of anything more than a line in the quarterly report, if that.’
