I have - in fact I have it front of me right now. It simply includes the existing unchanged rating, which has not yet been revised. Why would it have been changed? For now, all existing analyst ratings are based on information available before the TH was called, so they mean essentially nothing at this point in time. Obviously all analysts covering the stock will wait for the news to be released, and then determine whether their rating needs to be changed or not.

Incidentally, the Maxim report concludes by saying "Given the surprise and subsequent trading halt, we believe that whatever the issue is, it appears to have been "unplanned," and as such we tend to take a negative bias. But admittedly, we will just have to wait and see." There is absolutely nothing in this report to indicate that Kolbert has in any way backed away from the concerns he expressed. On the contrary, I think this report was the original source for the concerns attributed to Kolbert!
