It is a real IPO. Even if they were offering 100% of the company, at $121M, they would still have a market cap of more than twice that of Benitec. They don't expect to have any programs in the clinic until next year. They also have an AMD program. If they can raise $121M for this, then what happened with Benitec? This is the comparison that I am making.
