The June document Nick8 linked has these same statements at the bottom of page 2
Interestingly, the following statement does appear in March, but does NOT appear in June;
"Maxim Group managed/co-managed/acted as placement agent for an offering of the securities for Admedus Ltd in the past 12 months."
i.e. - Maxim Group helped with capital raising between March 2015 and March 2016
