I bought into TPT after coming out of LNG so was a late joiner and like most on this thread I am reasonably certain that they have discovered HC’s it’s just what form they take
I also understand from previous quotes that DW has stated on several occasions to various SH’ers that he would prefer a buyout rather than develop (TPT is an explorer not a producer) and I applaud this decision however to get the best price TPT will possibly need to finance 2 or 3 appraisal wells on Trident plus possibly an exploration well to prove that the La Dam prospect has oil (if it doesn’t have oil it would be a real downer LOL)
Has DW indicated how he would do this???
If this is a good discovery and the share goes to $1.75 - $2.00 (a very strong possibility) then to raise say $50m the resultant share dilution would be more than compensated by the increased takeover price, remember TPT will have to pay 25% of any future well plus 25% of ONHYM's share of the costs
Has anyone thought this through and what conclusions did you come to???
