in response to opaline (who claimed that the issue will be a success), but the issue was a total flop. fms were entitled to about 5m shares (which were probably taken up), which means that other shareholders took up about 10m shares out of the other 70m that were available. the funds raised will not pay much more than admin funds for a short term. of course, mxr might be able to place the shortfall. gg's comments are probably well founded. for the time being, mxr will not be in a postion to do much at all. for shareholders, they can only look at reports, in the hope that the company has been able to place the shares that were not taken up. failing that, it is curtains
