There may be some growth in the business FY22 onward maybe gets more focus once simplified to parts
plus I guess an acquirer could take out the simplified parts business and make some savings in overheads, systems, logistics, efficiencies.
If similar businesses are trading 14x this could look appealing and valuation depending in view taken around efficiencies.
