Any thoughts about SIQ's announcement? I actually use Maxxia atm and they seem ok to use. I haven't used smartsalary for a couple of years but the online support of maxxia seemed better, more fees however.
Anyone know how good smartsalary is in terms of its service these days? Its a pain for people to change the salary packaging service provider so usually the incumbent is quite well entrenched so its not often that salary packaging service providers change unless the instituition is outsourcing the responsibility instead.
This shouldn't be hugely material for maxxia, it is much larger than SIQ but would be a worrying trend if repeated.
