Buy stocks when they are undervalued, sell stocks when they are overvalued. Everything else is just noise.

Right now MMS I believe is undervalued, my personal fair valuation is $13.83. I'll be buying them up to $11.06 (13.83*0.8), and selling them from $15.21 (13.83*1.1). If it stays in this range I'll be holding until something occurs that changes my valuation.
Good luck to the people who can skip in and out of a company on momentary swings in sentiment, I'm sure you can make a profit that way - but imho it's always attracted traders who might not have put the research time into properly valuing a company. Then it really becomes informed gambling, not investing.
