Forever, I would think- as long as they do their ASX paperwork.
This company is "valued" at $4.04m- even if no-one can sell a share. The only way to resolve it is to do a consolidation, and then it is possible that people could get out- there'd have to be a buyer at some level. It would also create a truer market value. That could inconvenience the owners of this publicly listed company, though, because now it is frozen into having a $4.04m market cap, which sounds nice. Maybe some day some major shareholder will want to sell some shares and requisition a meeting about it.
