I think you are probably pretty much spot on,it would be great if the drill bit atctually finds some extractable helium on the new ground and I am sure they will use redrock as there justification for similar results, although flowing helium will be required to get real results in terms of Sp recovery.
I for one are very lifestyle conscious of this company atm if it look like they are going to drag it out another year or two I will cut my losses and b4 the eofy
