This really is a joke, this thing should be motoring by now.

There's a raft of releases that are going to be comming out over the next few weeks, Quarterly report, commissioning & finance etc.

Looks to me like no one is prepared to commit an extra cent at the moment until such time as the issue of finance is fianlly out in the open.

Thing is, it's a moot point, how many times have you seen the SP of a company fly once they announce that final funding is inplace? Even when it's for huge amounts, which clearly isn't going to be the case here (that's if they need any at all). The main point is that it provides confidence that the project will move ahead. Well, this thing is, it's there, done, built, ready to go, fin, complete!

I'm thinking that any news that put these last few (none existant) lingering doubts to rest will see this thing fly.
