There's no doubt ordinary TSV shareholders were horribly raped over the demerger of the Montey leases. But with the directors holding the bulk of the voting power it was always a fait accompli. They've basically ensured ordinary shareholders will never receive a cent for the Montney leases which are now worth millions.
Be interesting to see if other companies with links to TSV directors have pulled similar stunts.
