You're right apples - they're not obliged to report monthly production anymore.
But having done so last month there's probably an expectation that they will do so again - they set that expectation! And arguably one could apply the same arguments as last month's why they should as the debt reprofiling isn't finalised.
For me, they're in a bind now - if they don't publish then there's a big risk that it will create uncertainty/selling pressure.
If I recall correctly the plant only ran for 25 days in April due to maintenance shuts - so operating hrs should be up in May. All other things being equal(!) they should have done better in May, but a production report in the vicinity of last month's would be ok
