On 15th of May 2023 Silvercorp offered $0.03 per Celsius share and we would have been given Silvercorp shares.
That would equate to approx $0.04 now because Silvercorp has risen since then.

"Silvercorp proposes to acquire all of the outstanding shares of CLA at a fixed price of A$0.03 per share in exchange for consideration comprising 90% Silvercorp shares + 10% cash." 15 May 2023.

So, how could our board have got this so wrong or can anyone make an argument that it is all in hand?

Why do Silvercorp not just come in with a much lower offer or just buy more cheap shares? Or are they worried about further dilution.

Considering our current SP it seems more like a car crash, but yet when there is a video update on the company the directors always seem so upbeat.
I cannot work it out, none of it makes any sense.
