This infuriates me. I have paid cash for my crops plus for next years harvest about 2.3 grand a unit times 14years upfront management fees as I did not get option to defer this for 25% at harvest. Lousy unfair bad deal given unit prices . This is why these schemes MUST BE STOPPED once and for all. Its always mum and dad investors who get totally screwed. The coy had only speculative futures for justifying these options. If this is how they had to get investors in good times its either a deliberate rort or desperation. There needs to be a senate inquiry Like the last one. If I had known about these high risk deals no way would I have bought shares as well. I am contacting the lawyers monday.
