Perhaps all shareholders who have invested in this company from the time of listing approximately 20 years ago should pool together to sue the Receivers, Administrators and the Secured Creditors. The short sellers and Secured Creditors intend to pull the rug from under this company by acquiring valuable long term assets at a grossly deflated price. This has been done by market manipulation and concoctions, without any interaction with existing shareholders who may have been willing to rescue the company. This could have been achieved through a share issue to existing shareholders and potential new investors, which would have enabled the company debt to clear its debt and realise the true value of the maturing plantations which are are on the cusp of entering the highly profitable harvesting phase after their 15 years life cycle. Daylight robbery in my opinion.
