Been watching Bloombergs on youtube there is increasing concern including within BR re the trump spending spree and the inflationary and budget affects. Everyone agrees volatility is here to stay . So interest rate increases in this environment makes coy debt levels critical. When I factor in the lack of investors for next couple of years the maths does not add up. Sadly I expect a buy of assets similar to the deal Santanol got. Anything better than that if it happens would be unexpected great news.
