Having lived through all that with MEO/MAY I identified with nearly everything in your post SF ! NZ worries me. When we had nothing else it was a company maker. Now we have Cuba it appears we are trying to back out of it as fast as possible. Beehive was touted as the biggest and most exciting prospect - our data rooms have been wide open for a long time - so why haven't we been tripping over the suitor and signed a deal? Cuba - lot of excitement and a grass mowing ceremony - lets just hope... Tassie Shoal - we signed some agreement with an engineering company in Malaysia I think it was..?? But it appears that Tassie shoal will remain a fishing ground off nth OZ for a long time yet.
So hear we are again just before Xmas - at least PS is unlikely to suggest it will be a bumper Xmas for us SHs like Jurgen did! That said, it has been a hard and long few years priming the pump again and we are set for a few plays. A couple of announcements re partners and a NZ trickle of oil would make for a pleasant Xmas!
