Appears to be a capital raising in hurry. Should have waited till the Commissioning of plant. May indicate a delay announcement coming with reference to foot note in the capital raising presentation that: 'Syrah note however that commissioning is an inherently uncertain process and that potential exists for changes to schedule due to unforeseen events.'
