    Pdy was going to come back with the name of investor and some details

    my speculation is they did and the ASIC/ASX said not good enough

    Has Mr/Ms X got the capacity to pay ?

    What is the contract fine print, any termination closes ?

    So they go back for more detail

    The name must have had some credibility otherwise it would have finished at this point !!
