My quick maths works out the following. If EXT is trading at $6.50 and with the current AGS resource plus potential upside and owning only 25% of the project with no takeover attempts etc its worth conservatively $1.63 in todays terms.

I still truely believe ( refer my previous posts ) its worth every bit of $2 adding to that will be the takeover plays, the uranium demand, increase in the spot price, countries like china, india and the french wanting to buy in.
