Last time it shot up was on pure speculation and euphoria, like IOG today for example. In the meantime people had time to digest the information provided and the sp was adjusted accordingly. I can't predict any sp movement here but a signed deal will take a lot of uncertainty out of AHF and will see holders and newbees focussing on the next steps - milk production and sales figures. China gave green light to 2 children families and will need many years to regain people's confidence in providing non-polluted food / milk. Australians population grows as well - a huge market awaits the milk producers in the coming years.

And on top of that: Agricultural land can't be printed like money. There is a limit and sooner or later it becomes not just a milk producing "tool", it will become hot real estate as well.
