may be time for egm

May be its time shareholders organised the numbers & called a EGM to remove a few directors. If enough shareholders can call an EGM, it sends a message to the board their scheme of arrangement with BHP may not get up. Perhaps a fitting message that at least one of our directors is voted off the board. Who would we pick as number one candidate (no prizes for guessing)?
Now that would hurt some egos!
