The Great Southern Receivers have sold some of the remaining loans to Investor to a mob called RB Finance for ... wait...6 cents on the dollar!!
Shouldn't this vote of (NO) confidence in the "validity" and "enforcability" of these loan agreements worry Mike Hirst and his fellow directors? More importantly: shouldn't this worry the BEN shareholders who own a company with reserves of $18 mill vs a potential loss of $500+ millions?
I am worried! Very worried!
may be time for reserves?
