obv and vol acc flat, indicates balance between buyers and sellers. May have reached the bottom, but dont try and second guess the market, my suggestion is wait till u see a clear upward signal, only then buy, but in this case you buy twice as much as you would be prepared to put in now - this way you wont lose and you stand to gain more...
