What is the bull v bear case for MAY?

We have had masses of info - so what more do we need to know to be 'certain' that MAY is going to be a tremendous success!

    Bull case
Multiple drilling has provided masses of data - MAY (and we) know what is there
Everybody agrees block 9 has huge amounts of export grade oil
To be measured in 10's of $billions!!!!
2D has confirmed the sheer size of various reservoirs
Some heavier / some lighter - but all valuable
Some under more pressure / some less - but all gettable
The oil is movable underground - sits in a highly fractured structure - enabling relatively easy recovery
Its on land - huge plus
Its near vital infrastructure - deep sea port, roads, pipelines, refineries...huge plus
Its in a fast approval environment - no govt hold ups, no red tape...huge plus
Oil prices are high - demand is everywhere
MAY is funded for a few more drills
Next one is due to spud within 2 months
MAY plan is to have oil produced pay for expanded drilling - creating a self-funding program
    Anything else???

    Bear case
Some questions over sovereign risks - Cuban embargo etc
Some questions over MAY's ability to control the project
    Anything else????

    Conclusion
    This looks like a no-brainer
    Keen to hear your thoughts
