By default, the price is already above the green arrow when it crosses up, and way way below the red arrow when it crosses down that last time... Why? because it's a lagging following indicator.
And creates a self fulfilling prophecy to followers.
If I was a cynic.... I'd load up and tell disciples to wait for confirmation then sell and tell people to wait for the cross down, but that's just me.
