Smells like the big insto's and brokers being pricks again.
They can see the free carry will be over soon and MAY will have to start funding its portion of the drilling programmes. This meens they hold the shareprice down waiting to be white knights with offers of funding (all they need is super cheap share placement).
if the directors are worth their performance shares they will source bank loan style finance and not issue more shares imo.
An good funding deal and this shareprice will rocket imo.
