Charting can be used for forward looking but generally easier on the longer time frame.
Looking at support and resistance zones. Projecting levels up and down. Time frame before breakout. The type of pattern can determine the potential. Its not just lines, its also indicators. Is money flowing in and being accumulated or flowing out? May money flow has been one way until the other day I feel its changed direction. Money flow alone was a warning sign of the previous dumps.
