USA will NEVER accept that arrangement right next door to them. China is anathema to them plus US and EU needs oil.
I don't recall MAY having any offtake partners and certainly not with China?
Sonagol as %?JV for oil production but I'm talking about once production starts, buyers lining up to buy the billion barrels of oils
Hopefully AP are already in talks for that and it'd be nice if he went back there with a contract ready to sign up
