Gann used bar charts so it’s a bit to get used to going back to looking at bar charts as opposed to candlestick charts, the slight variations to up/down bars and especially using inside/outside bars was a little challenging…..as in where to place the swing on them but slowly getting my head around it. What I’m finding really interesting is how he interpreted price analysis within a bar or set of bars. My goal is within a year or two to apply this to my superannuation account, run top down fundamentals within a particular sector to find “candidates” for the watchlist and then as a second pronged approach apply some Gann principles for entry/exit criteria.
