    The markets have frozen up yes..I`ve never seen it behave like this for so long..there pretty much isn't a tradeable market anymore...the best you can get are pips..I was doing that a few months ago but gave up on it just not my thing anymore...most stock now is algo tethered to the XAO and thats it.
