the assumption that the placement shares are likely loose holders who will sell is flawed. Some will sure, but its no different to existing holdrs who are sitting on profits and may or may not let it ride or sell some or all.
The news they have been given since their decision buy into the cap raise is huge... and you would think for at least some of them will mean they have decided to hold (assuming they hadnt decided that originally). So maybe there are 30-50m or so shares that arent in sticky hands (pure guess obviously) but that is no different to the potential case on most days on my view.
Good luck to those that sell a potential once in a lifetime stock because they are worried that someone they don't know may or may not be planning on selling at a future date at an unknown price. Seems the definition of traders mentality to me... which again I don't disrespect - but theyopen themselves up to missing out on the real gains to be made here.
