yeh the day before announcement it moves lol. The Well where the original discovery made with 126 million barrels moves form 6 cents to 50 cents in a day . Getting priced in from now just like IVZ, 88e, CXO, PLS and so many gets priced in months before leading into announcement.
15 -20 cents is fair value right now with discovery of oil already made at sight
