I've said this from early on, it's extremely rare to get a discovery like this in your lifetime. This is the realm of the super giant oil fields that produce >500k BOPD if it all works reasonably well.
Errol said that Cuba is constrained by their roads and trucks, so looks like the pipeline will be getting refurbished eventually.
