Sitting behind your PC 16 -18 hours per day, every day, posting 60 - 80 times on average per day is not normal. This noxious behaviour has given you cognitive overload and brain fog! Sometimes you don't even realise that you are contradicting yourself!

Get out in the sun and get some Vitamin D, take your four legged hairy friend for walk and get some oxygen into your fatigued brain cells, it will get your endorphins flowing and make you feel more sanguine.

And do seek a professional counsellor / psychologist You need mental assistance with your ADHD, COD or whatever it is you are suffering from.
