You picked the most irrevelant and illogical point when talking about risks of operating in Cuba. Saying Cuba is a 'safe' place to operate because a literal invasion is unlikely to happen?? Should i go do business with North Korea because an invasion is unlikely?
The risk with Cuba is that their biggest allies are China, Russia and Venzuela, while relations with the U.S and the west have gotten worse since early this year, especially when they vocally supported Russias invasion
