I have no doubt they'll find a way to profit from it with their dealings with russia, china, venzuela etc I just don't think people understand that cuba doesn't have foreign currency to pay for large amounts of oil. They could get as much cheap oil as they wanted from russia at the moment. Russia is giving them oil handouts at the moment for being their Allie
