Oh and I should add, that the biggest thing preventing this is Angola. Sonangol = 2nd biggest oil company in Africa, and is Angolan.
Angola and Cuba are allies, Cuba even aided in their war at the cost of Cuban lives.
And.... Sonangol is ASX:MAY's partner, who have a 70% participating interest in the Block 9 production sharing agreement, in Cuba.
