It is pretty clear to me when viewing this monthly chart. The bottom looks to be pretty clearly set, the monthly trend break out has occured.

If you constantly look at daily or 15mins chart etc... you obviously are missing the bigger picture.
Also, it is pretty common knowledge that a daily chart perspective may influence the trader in a way the monthly chart does not (it might encourage them to trade more). I think taking all time frames into account is more logical.
